Jeanette and Lavi, a big thank you for the successful marketing of the properties. Certainly knowing the market and what it takes to complete a short sale was a key part completing all three deals. Both of you were a key to this success, knowing where the mortgage company would accept the offer and yet keeping the price low enough to sell the properties. You knowledge of the market was invaluable to these deals.
